Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration
When opening an account on cp333, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
- Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number or email address used for registration must be your own and must be active.
- If any account details change, notify the support team promptly.
3.2 Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Verification
cp333 may at any time request identity documents (national ID card or passport), proof of address, or proof of payment method for account verification. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
cp333 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
- Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
- Upay — UCB's mobile financial service.
4.2 Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Typical withdrawal processing time: within 10 to 45 minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit. Bonus-related earnings may not be withdrawn unless the specific bonus conditions have been met (see Section 5 for details).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on cp333 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus-related earnings, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in total will make the bonus earnings withdrawable.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer may be used once only, unless stated otherwise.
- Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time, unless cp333 explicitly permits it.
- The account used to earn a bonus must belong to the user themselves.
- cp333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated earnings.
5.4 VIP Program
cp333's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. cp333 reserves the right to modify the rules and benefits of VIP tiers.
Gameplay & Usage Rules
6.1 Permitted Use
All games on the cp333 platform are designed for entertainment purposes. When using the platform, you make decisions entirely at your own responsibility.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
- Account hacking, system intrusion, or exploiting any vulnerability in the platform.
- Cheating in games, collusion, or attempting to manipulate the system by coordinating with other players.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
In the event of any of the above violations, cp333 may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances, and reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.
6.3 Technical Errors
Server issues, software faults, or internet disruptions may cause temporary interruptions to the game service. In such situations, cp333 will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and may review the outcome of affected rounds if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
cp333 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be for entertainment, not as a source of income.
- You may request deposit limits, session limits, or temporary breaks for yourself.
- If you notice signs of gaming addiction, seek help as soon as possible.
- No one under 21 years of age may use the platform.

Account Suspension or Closure
11.1 Closure by the User
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the cp333 support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any withdrawable balance that meets the conditions before closing your account.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by cp333
cp333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Serious breach of the Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Registration with false information.
- Account belonging to a minor.
- Multiple accounts held by the same user.
- Regulatory or legal requirements.
If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the related bonus and any earnings from it will be forfeited. The remaining balance of actual deposits may be returned subject to review.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
cp333 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date they are published on the website.
